We do not accept applications from multi-level, network marketing, or individual distributors.

WHEN AND WHERE IS CHRISTMAS IN COWTOWN

Christmas in Cowtown will take place October 7-11, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Center Amon G. Carter, Jr. Exhibit Hall.

HOW DO I APPLY TO BE A MERCHANT AT CHRISTMAS IN COWTOWN?

In order to apply, you must have a Member Essentials account through the Junior League of Fort Worth. If you do not have an account, you can create one here. After logging in to your profile, you must complete the merchant application to be considered. If you need assistance, please contact the Junior League of Fort Worth office here.

WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?

Applications are due March 2, 2026. After this date, we will still accept late applications; however, consideration for placement will be on an as-needed basis as space becomes available.

HOW DO I INCREASE MY CHANCE OF ACCEPTANCE?

1. Complete the application in full. Incomplete applications delay consideration, as members of the committee will have to reach out to obtain missing information. Only complete applications (including booth & merchandise photos and food samples, if applicable) will be reviewed.
2. Complete and submit your application prior to the March 2 deadline, if possible. If it is after the March 2 deadline, we still welcome you to apply. Late applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as space becomes available.
3. Be very detailed regarding the products you sell. Share why your products are popular. If you have had success at Christmas in Cowtown, or a market similar to ours, be specific about why our shoppers will love your products. You can also include any additional details you feel we need to know in the text box towards the bottom of the merchant application.
4. Include accurate photos of your past market displays and products. We give preference to applicants with attractive booth designs, appealing products, and prior gift market experience. If this is your first market, share why your product is compelling and how you plan to design your booth.
5. If you have never applied to be a merchant at Christmas in Cowtown, it is highly encouraged that you submit merchandise samples with your application. Please reference the merchant application for more information regarding samples.

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION. NOW WHAT? WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM YOU?

All applications are reviewed by a jury of Junior League volunteers. Applications received prior to the March 2 deadline can expect a response by mid-May.

Applications received after the March 2 deadline will be reviewed by the same jury through a rolling admissions process as space is available. Late applicants can typically expect a response within two months from the date of the application. The sooner you apply, the sooner you will get a response, so we recommend applying as early as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?

If you are placed on the waitlist, there is still a chance that you could be offered a booth as occasionally spaces become available. We will reach out to you should your status change.

WHAT ARE THE SPECIAL EVENTS?

There are two special events during Christmas in Cowtown: Preview Party and Private Shopping.

Preview Party will be held in the evening on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. The Preview Party is a ticketed event where shoppers (21+ only) are eager to see the Market for the first time in a smaller setting with light bites and cocktails.

Private Shopping will be held Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Private Shopping is a ticketed event where guests (21+ only) can mingle with mimosas and get a jump start on shopping before the Market officially opens to the public at noon on Thursday.

WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS OF THE MARKET GO?

You can find the listing of current grantees on the Christmas in Cowtown website
