Where will Christmas in Cowtown be held?

The 13th Annual Christmas in Cowtown Holiday Gift Market will be held October 10-13, 2019 at Will Rogers Memorial Center – 3401 W. Lancaster Avenue.

 

What are the general shopping hours?

Thursday, October 10 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday, October 11 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 12 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, October 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

Where do I purchase general admission tickets and how much do they cost?

Tickets can be purchased at the Market or online. Online tickets go on sale July 1, 2019 and will continue through the duration of the Market. Cash, checks or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are accepted. All ticket sales are final with no exceptions or refunds.

General admission rates are:

Adults $12
Children 8 and under are free
Seniors (age 60+) $10

Wednesday, October 9 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

$100 – includes food, drinks and valet parking

 

Making Spirits Bright Brunch and Private Shopping

$65 – includes food, drinks and valet parking

Are wheel chairs, strollers, or carts available for rent?

No, there are not any available for rent. You may bring your own into the Market

 

Where do I park for Christmas in Cowtown?

Parking will be available in the cultural district area and is $10 payable to the City of Fort Worth; enter from Gendy Street.

 

Is bag check available?

Yes!  Bag check is available for a $1 donation per bag and is located near the entrance of the Texas Room.

 

Is there an ATM?

ATM machines are located inside the facility.

 

Can I purchase food and drinks at Christmas in Cowtown?

Food and beverages are available for purchase at concession stands in the Texas Room and in the Café located in the Round Up Inn during Market hours.  The Café features salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. Children’s menus are available.  Additional cocktail stations are located throughout the Market.

 

Can I go in and out of the Market?

Yes, you will receive a wrist band that will allow you entrance in and out of the Market for the day.  Please note, you will have to repay for parking if you leave the parking lot.

 

Can I purchase Christmas in Cowtown promotional items?

The 2019 commemorative Christopher Radko® ornament custom designed by Cassie King is available for purchase at the Junior League of Fort Worth booth during regular Market hours.  You can also purchase this exclusive ornament online.  Ornaments are $70.36 (includes tax).  Please note, shipping is an additional $15.
