2. The sponsorship is non-refundable.

Sponsors may pay for their 2024 Grand Entry Gala sponsorship by:

1. Credit card. If you would like to pay by credit card upon submission of this form, you will be directed to an online payment page. Follow the payment prompts to complete payment OR you may call the JLFW office, 817.332.7500 x103, to pay using your credit card.

2. Check. You may mail a check to the Junior League of Fort Worth to the address below. If you prefer to pay by check, you may exit out of the online payment page after submitting your form.

3. Request an invoice. If you would like JLFW to invoice you for your sponsorship, please note Invoice in the Sponsor Notes field.
