Photo Submissions All merchant applicants are REQUIRED to submit both booth and merchandise photos. Applicants must submit three (3) booth photos and three (3) merchandise photos. Please submit pictures of your most recent booth setup. To submit photos, please click on the Merchant Home Page.

Each booth includes:

8’ black draped enclosures (end caps and corners will be open on the sides, pass through booths will be open on both sides)
One (1) 6' table (upon request)

Please note that booth fees will remain the same even if you do not use the items provided above. You can notify the Facilities Committee at the time of move-in if you do not need these items and they will handle getting them removed from your booth. Additional tables, chairs, wastebaskets, electrical outlets, credit card machines, carpeting, phone lines, and parking are NOT included in booth fees. We will provide pricing in attachment.

Information and Instructions


The City of Fort Worth charges for parking around the WRMC complex. Parking for one (1) standard vehicle and one (1) trailer is included in your booth fees. Additional cars and trailers will be paid by the merchant during the show. Pricing is determined by the City of Fort Worth and not the Junior League or the WRMC. In addition to booth fees, each merchant accepted agrees to provide to the market gift certificates (total amount ranging from $100 - $200, depending on booth size). Information regarding the amount of the specific gift certificates for your booth will be included with your contract acceptance packet after your deposit is received. The gift certificates are used during market to support our Pick a Package program.
In order to complete your application, please include the following: $25 Application Fee. Fee is non-refundable and does not go toward your booth fee if accepted. Three (3) color photographs, brochures or catalogs that represent 80% of the merchandise you will bring to the show, inclusive of pricing information. Three (3) color photographs that accurately represents your booth and how merchandise will be displayed. After submitting this application, please go to your Merchant Home Page to complete the process by submitting the $25 application fee. If you are using U.S. postal mail for your submissions, please ensure your application, product photos/pricing, and booth photos as described are received as soon as possible.
